Shipping & Payment Policy
At HL NOVA™, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time.
1. Processing and Dispatch Timeline
We know you are excited to get your order, so we work fast!
- Ready-Made Products: Dispatched within 24 hours (1 business day).
- Custom / On-Demand Products: Since these are printed specifically for you, they require 2 to 4 working days for printing and quality checks before they are dispatched.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Once dispatched, the delivery time depends on your location:
- Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days.
- Rest of India: 5 to 8 business days.
- Remote Areas: 8 to 12 business days.
(Note: Delivery times are estimated. While we try our best, delays can happen due to public holidays, bad weather, strikes, or transportation issues beyond our control. HL NOVA is not liable for delays caused by the courier partner.)
3. Shipping Charges
We keep it simple and fair:
- Orders above ₹1000: FREE Shipping (We pay for it!).
- Orders below ₹1000: A flat shipping fee of ₹49 is applicable.
- COD Charges: Cash on Delivery orders carry an extra handling fee of ₹40 charged by the courier.
4. Payment Terms & COD Rules
- Prepaid Orders: We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for Ready-Made items only.
- OTP Verification: All COD orders may require OTP confirmation via mobile.
- Refusal Policy: If a customer repeatedly refuses COD shipments at the doorstep, HL NOVA reserves the right to disable the COD option for that account or phone number in the future.
- Custom Orders (Prepaid Only):
- Orders with custom names or designs must be paid for online. We do not offer COD for custom items because they are created uniquely for you and cannot be resold.
5. International Shipping
Currently, we ship primarily within India. If you need international shipping, please email us at help@hlnova.com with your requirements, and we will check the shipping rates for your country. (Note: International orders are always Prepaid.)
6. Order Tracking
Once your package leaves our warehouse, we will send you a tracking link via email or SMS. You can click the link to see exactly where your package is.
7. Liability on Delays
We partner with trusted courier services (like Delhivery, Xpressbees, BlueDart) to deliver your packet. However, HL NOVA is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss (such as missed events or birthdays) caused by a delay in delivery. We promise to dispatch on time, but the courier’s speed is outside our control.
