HL NOVA Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you wear. At HL NOVA we value relationships over transactions. Our brand tagline is Don’t just wear. Wear better. To keep our quality high and prices fair we work on a Made to Order model. This means your clothing primarily our T-shirts and shirts does not exist until you order it.
1. The Freshly Printed Commitment
Unlike big stores, we do not keep bulk stock. Every T-shirt and shirt from our collection is printed the moment you click buy. Because your item goes directly to production in real time we cannot accept any order cancellations once the purchase is complete. Since these garments are created specifically for you we also cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or style preference.
If you ordered a Custom Product with your own design or text these are Final Sale. Since these are uniquely yours they cannot be restocked or sold to anyone else. Once a custom item is printed it is yours forever. Please double check your design and size before you confirm.
2. Size Issues and the Pass the Vibe Option
If your T-shirt or shirt does not fit right we have a unique way to help without the hassle of courier forms.
The Shortcut Keep the item and gift it to a friend or family member who would love it.
The Support Once you provide a photo of the fit issue we will give you a 50% discount code to order your perfect size immediately. It is faster and greener for the planet.
The Security To protect our small business this Pass the Vibe offer is valid only once per customer every year.
Measurement Verification If the T-shirt or shirt physically does not match our official size chart WhatsApp us a photo with a measuring tape showing the dimensions. Once verified by our production team we will replace it for free.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
We stand by our work. If your item arrives broken or printed wrong, we will make it right.
Mandatory Unboxing Video Record a continuous video when you first open the package. We need this raw proof to process your claim. No video means no refund and no replacement.

Refunds and Replacements If we messed up with a bad print or damaged fabric, you are fully covered. You can choose a 100% full refund or a free replacement. We handle all the shipping costs so you do not pay a dime extra.
Refund Timeline If you choose a refund we will process it and send the money back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
4. Failed Deliveries and RTO
If a courier cannot deliver your order due to a wrong address or unreachable phone it returns to our warehouse.
Original Shipping Original shipping charges are non refundable in any situation.
60 Day Hold We will keep your item safe for 60 days.
Reshipping You can have it sent again by paying a standard shipping fee. After 60 days unclaimed items are discarded and no refund can be issued.
