We want you to love what you wear. Here is how our exchange process works.

1. Custom Products (Your Design)

Since custom products are made uniquely for you with your specific design, text, or art, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items.

Why? Unlike a standard t-shirt, a custom product cannot be restocked or sold to anyone else because it is one-of-a-kind. Because of this, once it is printed, it is yours forever. Please double-check your size and design before confirming your order! (Exception: If we printed the wrong file or the item arrived damaged, we will replace it for free. See “Defective or Damaged Items” below.)

2. Ready-Made Designs (Our Collection)

If you ordered a design from our collection (graphic tees, hoodies, etc.) and have an issue, we are happy to help.

We offer EXCHANGES ONLY (No Money Refunds). If the size doesn’t fit or you want to swap for a different product, you can request an exchange.


  • Time Window: You must request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.


  • One-Time Exchange: To keep our prices fair, we offer a one-time size exchange per item. If the replacement size also doesn’t fit, we cannot offer a second exchange.

  • Condition Requirements: To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet these criteria:


    • It must be unused and unwashed.


    • It must have all original tags and labels attached.


    • It must be in its original packaging.

  • Shipping Costs:


    • Size/Choice Issue: If you simply want a different size or color, you will need to pay the shipping charges for the exchange.


    • Defect/Error: If we sent the wrong item, we cover all shipping costs.


    • Note: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

3. Reverse Pickup & Self-Shipping


  • Standard Pickup: In most cases, we will arrange a courier to pick up the item from your doorstep.


  • Remote Areas: If our courier partners do not offer “Reverse Pickup” service in your specific pincode, you will need to self-ship the item back to our warehouse. In this case, please share the courier receipt with us.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

We check every product before it ships, but mistakes can happen during transit.


  • If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.


  • Mandatory Requirement: To claim a free replacement for damage or missing items, you must provide an unboxing video showing the package being opened. This helps us verify the issue and solve it instantly for you.
