HL NOVA respects the hard work of artists and designers. We act as a printing service and a platform for creative expression.

1. Source of Designs

Our designs come from different places. Some are created by our team. Some are purchased from independent graphic designers. Some are uploaded directly by our customers for custom printing.

2. Responsibility of Customers

If you upload a design for custom printing you must own the rights to that image. By uploading you confirm that your design does not break any copyright or trademark laws. HL NOVA is not responsible for any legal issues caused by customer uploads.

3. Third Party Designs

We buy design bundles from various sources. We try our best to verify that these are safe to use. However we do not claim ownership of every graphic on this website.

4. Notice and Take Down Policy

If you believe that your work has been used on our website without permission please do not rush to legal action. We are a small business and we respect your rights.

Please contact us immediately at help@hlnova.com with the following details.

  1. The link to the design on our website.

  2. Proof of your ownership of that design.

  3. Your contact information.

Once we receive your mail our team will review it. If the claim is valid we will remove the design from our store within 48 to 72 hours. We prefer to solve these issues through talk and cooperation.
